We take your applications to orbit - for free (as long as you win in the Code the Continuum Hackathon)
Parsimoni and the Code the Continuum Hackathon offer winning teams free SpaceOS access, flatsat validation, publication in the Parsimoni App Store for Satellites, and in-orbit deployment on an operational satellite.
Launching applications into orbit doesn't have to be hard.
We're excited to announce a partnership between Parsimoni and the Code the Continuum Hackathon, giving the most innovative teams the opportunity to launch their applications into space at no cost.
At Parsimoni, we don't just want to recognize great ideas—we want to help turn them into successful space businesses.
The most innovative and commercially promising projects will receive:
- Free access to the SpaceOS development environment
- Engineering support to port and validate their application on a flatsat
- The opportunity to publish their application in the Parsimoni App Store for Satellites
- Deployment on an operational satellite in orbit
This represents more than €25,000 worth of engineering, testing, and in-orbit deployment support.
But that's only the beginning.
We'll work closely with the winning teams to refine their concept, identify commercial opportunities, and bring their application to market through the Parsimoni App Store for Satellites. Revenue generated by successful applications will be shared, with the majority going to the application creators and the satellite operators who make deployment possible.
The future of space is software-defined—and we're making access to orbit easier than ever before.
