We are thrilled to announce that Parsimoni has been selected for Techstars' fall 2025 space accelerator program in Los Angeles! Today marks the official kickoff of an incredible three-month journey that will accelerate our mission to make satellite-based resources accessible to all.

An Elite Space Cohort

We're honored to join an exceptional group of space innovators:

  • ANT61 - Our partner in real-time satellite data downlink
  • Azora - Space domain awareness solutions
  • CISGAM - Advanced space technologies
  • Translunar Exports and Servicing - Lunar infrastructure services

Together, we represent the next generation of space technology companies pushing the boundaries of what's possible in orbit and beyond.

Why This Matters

Techstars Space Accelerator is run in partnership with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the U.S. Space Force - bringing unparalleled access to expertise, facilities, and networks in the space industry.

For Parsimoni, this program comes at a crucial time. SpaceOS has already:

  • Successfully operated in orbit aboard Clustergate-1
  • Demonstrated security and efficiency with European leaders (Thales, Airbus, OHB)
  • Established partnerships across continents (ANT61 in Australia, Innoflight in the US)
  • Proven our unikernel architecture in real-world space conditions

Now we're ready to scale - and Techstars will help us accelerate that growth.

What We're Building

SpaceOS is the first satellite operating system built from the ground up for the shared payload era. Our unikernel architecture:

  • Minimizes size - Applications reduced to their minimal viable state, 20-50x smaller than alternatives
  • Maximizes security - Memory-safe OCaml and formally verified components block 70% of zero-day vulnerabilities
  • Enables new capabilities - AI-powered earth observation, secure mission operations, space marketplaces

By improving satellite efficiency and reducing operational costs, SpaceOS unlocks the full potential of space-based computing.

The Next Three Months

Over the coming weeks, we'll benefit from:

  • World-class mentorship from space industry leaders and Techstars' global network
  • Strategic partnerships with NASA, Space Force, and industry partners
  • Fundraising guidance to fuel our next phase of growth
  • Intensive workshops on scaling, operations, and go-to-market strategy

Since 2006, Techstars has supported thousands of startups worldwide. Notable alumni include Chainalysis, Zipline, DataRobot, and Alloy - companies that have gone on to transform their industries.

A Thank You

This achievement wouldn't be possible without our incredible team, partners, and supporters who have believed in our vision from the beginning. Special thanks to our sister company Tarides and the broader OCaml and MirageOS communities whose groundbreaking work in unikernels and formal verification makes SpaceOS possible.

What's Next?

Follow along as we share updates from the program! We're excited to connect with more partners, customers, and innovators who share our vision of making satellites more secure, efficient, and accessible.

The future of space computing is being built today - and we're honored to be part of shaping it.

Here's to the next three months! 🚀
